{"id":111209,"date":"2026-06-07T04:03:12","date_gmt":"2026-06-06T19:03:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/coin.iroirojapon.com\/?p=111209"},"modified":"2026-06-07T05:32:45","modified_gmt":"2026-06-06T20:32:45","slug":"making-the-viral-dot-cake","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/coin.iroirojapon.com\/?p=111209","title":{"rendered":"Making the VIRAL Dot Cake"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"youtube\"><iframe title=\"Making the VIRAL Dot Cake\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/RwHl14ODiQ8?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>Recipe\u2935\ufe0f Would you eat this?<\/p>\n<p>VIRAL Dot Cake<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<br \/>\nFor the Vanilla Cake:<br \/>\n\u00bd cup + 2 tbsp flour (I used gluten-free)<br \/>\n1 tsp baking powder<br \/>\n\u00bc tsp salt<br \/>\n\u00bd cup granulated sugar<br \/>\n1 egg<br \/>\n2 tbsp avocado oil<br \/>\n2 tbsp sour cream<br \/>\n\u00bd tsp vanilla extract<br \/>\n\u00bc cup milk<br \/>\nStrawberries, for filling<br \/>\nRound sprinkles, for topping<\/p>\n<p>For the Whipped Cream:<br \/>\n\u00bc cup heavy cream<br \/>\n2 tbsp granulated sugar<br \/>\n\u00bc tsp vanilla extract<br \/>\nPinch of salt<\/p>\n<p>Directions:<br \/>\nFor the Vanilla Cake: Preheat the oven to 350 F<br \/>\nIn a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt<br \/>\nIn a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, egg, avocado, oil, sour cream, vanilla extract, and milk, then add in the flour mixture and whisk to form a moderately thick batter<br \/>\nPour into 2 4-inch square baking tins, then bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden on top<br \/>\nOnce cooled, cut the tops off, then use a circular ramekin with a diameter smaller than the cake squares and cut out circles from the cake<br \/>\nPress one of the cake circles into the bottom of the ramekin, thinning it down if it is too thick<br \/>\nFor the Whipped Cream: In a bowl, use an electric mixer to whisk together the heavy cream, sugar, vanilla, and salt until it is thick and stiff peaks have formed, then place into a piping bag<br \/>\nPipe a layer of whipped cream on top of the cake in the ramekin, then add the strawberries and place the second layer of cake on top<br \/>\nPress down, so that the cake is level with the top of the ramekin, then add a thin layer of whipped cream on top<br \/>\nPress the top of the cake into multicolored round sprinkles until fully coated, then serve<\/p>\n<p>Enjoy!!<\/p>\n<p>#viraldotcake #dotcake #trendingfoods #viralrecipes<\/p>\n<p><!-- Video Blogster Pro --><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Recipe\u2935\ufe0f Would you eat this?
