In between heavier lifting days, I still want to move to keep my body supple. I love TRX training for those days.
These moves require a lot of strength and control. The trick is to make them look easy. IYKYK how hard that is (think ballerinas!).
On your off day, give these moves a go. It’s a fun way to mix it up.
1. Squat to T pull
2. Curtsy lunge + OL RDL + heel tap
3. OL push-up + knee drive (& hold)
4. Squatted biceps curl
5. (All 4 reps each):
•pike to knee drive
•pike to outside knee drive
• pike to beast + abduction
