Nathan MacKinnon and Roope Hintz dropped the gloves in the second period of Colorado at Dallas (Oct 13, 2026). Hintz landed hard rights; MacKinnon left bloodied for locker-room treatment, then returned. It was MacKinnon’s second fight in two weeks. Last season a tangle with Hintz ended Hintz’s year — tonight had a payback vibe. Avalanche won 3-2. Rematch Wednesday in Denver. Should superstars fight?
