The UAW has just walked out of SHAP and the TRX will be no more. But is it the end?
The UAW has walked out of Ram’s SHAP and GM’s Arlington Assembly plants, targeting the most profitable vehicles. The Ram TRX final year of production with the 6.2L Supercharged Hemi V8 engine is now over for the time being until Stellantis comes to an agreement with the UAW. With Ram set to retool the plant in early January, will the 2024 TRX Final Edition come before the deadline? Or will Ram push back their plans for the future 2025 Ram trucks?
