This is a lot harder than it looks! You can make it even more challenging by walking your feet forward even more. Make sure not to protract your shoulder, try to keep the shoulder retracted and pull yourself up to a standing position by rowing your TRX arm into your side. Be sure to keep the core tight, so that you are not putting stress on your low lumbar.
