Played in 1280×720 resolution for proper GUI scaling
Reason why I fragged myself: Avalanche and Market Garden are impossible to complete in one life and still achieve a 5 star rating, as there are too few enemies on the map, so you must defeat a lot before completing any objectives and then restart from last checkpoint so the enemy soldiers will respawn as well, making it possible to get a 5 star rating in the end.
